Ross Di Cristo, the Principal of the Askew Williams Group, is an experienced accountant, tax advisor, SMSF and estate specialist.

Ross thrives on expanding his knowledge and supports the professional development of all his staff. He coaches his staff to take a proactive approach in all aspects of their work, ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of options available to them, giving them back control and a high level of confidence when making important decisions.

Ably assisted by the Tax and Accounting staff, Ross focuses on assisting business clients to get better outcomes across all facets of their businesses and provides individuals the information they require to optimise tax, improve cashflow and facilitate access to professional investment and legal advisors’ to provide a competitive advantage. At the same time, Ross ensures that they legally minimise their tax and advises how to tax-effectively build their personal wealth.

Ross thrives on being able to assist business clients to plan and implement strategies to build successful businesses. When appropriate, he assists clients to restructure their business and reduce any potential risks and threats.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Sonia Rahme has built a strong reputation for not only providing an exceptional level of industry knowledge, but her personal, yet professional approach with her clients has held strong throughout her successful career.


Sonia also holds qualifications in accounting and property services. She has an extensive background in compliance and auditing, having worked on various complex auditing and investigative roles in both the public and private sectors.


As a director of two successful companies which provide various services to those within the real estate industry, including trust accounting, office compliance and legislative understanding, staff training through to report preparation and overall financial management of businesses. Sonia’s pro-active and diligent approach makes her the go-to for all things legislation and compliance.


Recognised as a leader in the real estate industry, Sonia’s overall knowledge of legislation, compliance and trust accounting is extensive and she plays a pivotal role in Askew Williams and Associates.
